Do you accept returns?

In most cases, yes. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Print on demand merchandise fulfilled by Printful

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What about Cancellations?

I do not accept cancellations, however, please reach out to me immediately if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping

All orders ship USPS First Class with Insurance unless otherwise noted on the listing.*

Orders typically ship out within 2 business days. If there are significant delays I will be sure to contact you.*

At this time, my shop can only offer shipping domestically for U.S. orders. International buyers can still purchase my works through my Etsy store. I also suggest signing up for email updates so you’ll be the first to know once I can ship internationally.

*Orders fulfilled by Printful for Drop Shipping may vary on shipping and processing times.

What is Print on Demand/Drop Shipping?

I use Printful for items I can’t easily produce myself like clothing, blankets, posters, phone cases, etc. Printful prints my art on the merchandise whenever an order is placed and ships the item directly to the customer. This means I don’t have to find space to stash bulky items, like blankets and coffee mugs, and I don’t have to spend a ton of money up front to stock my shop. I chose Printful because they have a decent selection of items and their quality meets my standards.

The downside is these items do incur an additional shipping fee if you order them with something I make or stock myself. This is because Printful is shipping from one of their warehouses, and I am shipping from my studio here in Webster, Wisconsin.

Help! My order was lost or Damaged!

Oh no! That is terrible, but unfortunately it does happen on occasion. If your order has been marked delivered but hasn’t shown up yet, please give it a few more days as sometimes USPS has marked my packages delivered and then finished the delivery the next day.

Otherwise, please contact me immediately. I insure all orders, so I’ll make sure you get your item, or that you are compensated for your purchase. Please know that some of my items are one of a kind and I will not be able to provide an exact replacement, or recreate damaged artwork.

There is a print I want to buy, but it’s out of stock.

Please send me a message with the title and size and let me know you are interested in a re-stock. I create my Fine Art Prints myself so it may take me some time to re-stock this item. Letting me know you are interested helps me gauge the popularity of the print and prioritize which prints I re-stock first. I will also send you an email as soon as I have it available so you don’t miss out again.

Can I request a custom glass art pendant necklace/ring/keychain?

I am not currently accepting custom requests for my glass art pendants. However, if there is a design you’ve fallen in love with, please let me know! I often make doubles when I am working on pendants and sometimes I have a spare on hand. This will also help me to prioritize which designs I should work on next.

I found your art on Redbubble/Teefury/Teepublic/Society6. Do you still sell art on these sites?

I am in the process of closing down all my external sites to focus on this one. I am using Printful to fulfill my print on demand needs. This will also help me limit art theft as now my fans will know there is only one legitimate place to buy my art!
